Returns / Exchanges
At Monkey Grip , your performance is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. That's why we offer a transparent return process under the following essential conditions:

1. Standard collectible items.
Returns are accepted for the entire online catalog, excluding gift cards and products that have been personalized upon request. Personal care or intimate care items cannot be exchanged once the seal has been opened.

2. Purchased from monkeygrip.cc.
Valid exclusively for orders placed through our online store. If you purchased your equipment at a partner store or competition stand, you must process the return at that point of sale.

Deadline of 30 calendar days.
You have one month from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.

4. Impeccable condition and original packaging.
The equipment must be unused, with all tags and protective packaging intact. Items with traces of magnesium, sweat, or obvious signs of use in a WOD will not be accepted.
