How do I choose the correct size for my grips or wristbands?
We have a quick and clear size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes and are on the right track, choose the closest size.
Do Jaw Grips calluses need magnesium?
No. Jaw Grips are designed to provide grip without the need for magnesium .
How do I care for my calluses to make them last longer?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth after your workout and store them completely dry. If you throw them sweaty at the bottom of your backpack, don't expect miracles. Take care of them, and they'll take care of you.
Are your products only for CrossFit?
No. They also work for calisthenics, weightlifting, functional training, and anything else where you need to grip hard and perform better .
Do your products come in a box or bag?
Yes, and well presented too. We don't just send random things. Each product comes in packaging designed to last (and look cool).
Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to all of Spain?
Yes, and fast. We deliver within 24-48 business hours throughout the peninsula. If you're in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, it may take a little longer, but it will arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free for orders over €50
- €3.90 if you don't reach the minimum
How long does it take to prepare an order?
We usually prepare it in less than 24 hours (weekdays). If you order in the morning, it sometimes ships the same day. We're fast, just like you.
Can a product be returned?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. However, the product must be unused and in like-new condition.
What do I do if I got the wrong size?
Easy. Write to us at soy@monkeygrip.cc and we'll explain the change process. We're flexible because we know you mess up sometimes. Just like everyone else.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
Yes, if it's not used and we have it in stock, we can exchange it. Write to us and we'll sort it out easily.

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, but we're available in many specialty stores and garages. Drop us a line and we'll tell you where you can find them near you.
Can you customize products for my box or brand?
No, at the moment we are putting all our efforts into our brand.
Do you have an affiliate program or collaborations with athletes?
Yes, and if you have a community, good technique, and a Monkey attitude... talk to us. We love surrounding ourselves with people who really train.
