It's probably happened to you. You're in the middle of a WOD, your heart rate is at 180 beats per minute, you go to the bar and... you slip. Or worse, you cut your hand. It wasn't your strength that failed you, it was your equipment.

The same thing happened to us.

We're the team behind Monkey Grip. We've been training and competing in Cross Training here in Spain for years. We got tired of buying expensive hand grips that lasted two months or knee sleeves that slipped down while running. We got tired of being treated like just another order number by big brands.

That's why we decided to create Monkey Grip . It wasn't born in a boardroom, it was born on the floor of a pit box in Algeciras, among magnesium and rubber discs.

Our Product Philosophy

We don't believe in charging you €60 for hand grips just because they have a famous logo. We believe in Realistic Performance.

We test every product ourselves. If a wrist wrap can't withstand a one-rep snatch, we don't sell it. If tape peels off with sweat, we replace it. It's that simple. We want you to feel like you've invested in your training, not just spent money, when you open your Monkey Grip package.
