This guarantee is designed so you can train without worry: if something breaks, we'll fix it or replace it.

Because if you break them, you're really killing the WOD, and we'll always be there for you in that.

We don't sell products meant to last forever; we sell products for people who train hard. And if you wear out a pair of hand grips during training, we'll replace them. Because that means you've used them properly.

How does our guarantee work?

Calleras

1. Replacement Guarantee (60 days):

If your hand grips break or deteriorate abnormally within the first 60 days, we'll replace them with new ones free of charge. No excuses. No paperwork. Just a photo and your order number.

2. Renewal Program (6 months):

After six months of battle, if your grips have given all they can, you can renew them with a 40% discount. Let's call it the ReGrip Program —because good battles deserve a second round.

Textiles (T-shirts, socks, wristbands, etc.)

1. 30 days free exchange for defective or manufacturing fault.

2. If they are damaged by intensive use in less than 3 months , 30% discount on the next purchase.

Combs

1. 90 days full warranty (breakage or technical failure).

2. Replacement program at 40% for up to 1 year if actual wear and tear is demonstrated.

At Monkey Grip we trust you, but we're also straightforward.
This warranty covers defects or breakage due to normal use in training, not due to misuse, cuts with blades, improper washing, or modifications to the product.

We reserve the right to review each case before approving a change or renewal. If we see any attempted abuse or that the earplugs have seen more use than they should… we reserve the right to tell you what we all think: bro, that's not a guarantee anymore, that's art.
